DFL candidate for Congress in Minnesota 2nd district Steve Sarvi speaks at a veterans issues candidates forum Monday night in Zumbrota. His opponent, Republican Congressman John Kline did not accept an invitation to the debate, remaining instead in Washington DC to vote yes on the financial bailout package.

The other candidates speaking at Monday's event are candidates for Minnesota State House seats in the Zumbrota area.
